Registration Terms
- By registering for LAGOS PHYSICAL PLANNING SUMMIT (LPPS 2.0), I confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.
- Registration is free and open to all stakeholders in physical planning and urban development.
- Personal information will be used solely for summit-related communications and planning purposes.
- By registering, I consent to photography, video recording, and audio recording during the event for promotional and archival purposes.
- Confirmation of registration will be sent via email with event details and access instructions.
- Participants are responsible for their own transportation and accommodation arrangements.
Code of Conduct
- Treat all participants, speakers, organizers, and venue staff with respect and courtesy.
- Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior of any kind will not be tolerated.
- Follow all venue rules, safety regulations, and instructions from event staff.
- Mobile phones should be silenced during plenary sessions and workshops.
- Badges must be worn visibly at all times during the summit.
- Questions and discussions should be conducted in a professional manner.
Data Privacy
Your personal information will be processed in accordance with the Lagos State Ministry of Physical Planning and Urban Development's Privacy Policy. Data will only be used for summit-related purposes including communication, logistics planning, and post-event follow-up. Your information will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
Attendance
- Participants should arrive at least 30 minutes before the start of each day's sessions.
- Seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Certificates of participation will be issued only to attendees who complete the full day's program.
